Overlay on battery pallet truck ("dog") is used to exchange large traction batteries in forklift trucks with side replacement. The solution is very well suited when the trucks can not enter directly into the battery room. In the case of overlays to handle large and heavy batteries, we use mechanical battery slips, which minimizes the force necessary to move the battery. Additional working arm lock prevents uncontrolled movements during batteries transportation.
